“I don’t know what filial piety is, but I know what is not. That’s it.”
The Nonesensemakers stages a based-on-real-life story about a 74-year-old son who takes his 99-year-old mother on a 900-day tricycle trip to see the world. Traveling from the northernmost to the easternmost point of China, from small villages to big cities, from warmth to cold, they treasured this first and last journey with each other’s company.
