Programme Description

Three women of drastically different personalities and ages find themselves in the same room. Families, love, marriages, lovers…they talk about everything, drawing from their own life experiences. During their conversation, which is at times heartfelt and supportive and at times scathing and scornful, the lost years collide into a surprising and confrontational journey extraordinaire.

A Pulitzer award-winning classic by renowned American playwright Edward Albee, this story evolving around three women reveals intriguing secrets on ways to live, love and seek fulfillment. Following his distinctive The Eccentricities of a Nightingale, veteran director David Kaplan from the U.S. is invited to return to direct the current production.
