「藝同行長者藝術計劃」 多元化發展藝術到家活動
在第二年度，我們透過地區中心的轉介，尋找地區中心未能覆蓋的老人，定期向獨居長者和獨居雙老提供上門的「藝術到家」服務，希望把藝術帶給不同的長者。一方面可以激發他們的創造力，在創作的過程中找到滿足感；另一方面能夠減輕長者的機能衰退，協助患有認知障礙症的長者重捨能力、平復情緒。

藝術創作也是一個表現自我的方式，因此藝術無分好與壞，每人都可以用欣賞的角度看待長者獨一無二的作品。而每位長者都有自己的興趣，我們和治療師也會以不同的藝術媒介作為介入手法，引導長者在動手製作手工藝、畫畫、攝影等參與藝術的過程中也可以分享經驗和延續興趣，與他們的生活和過往故事連上關係。

我們的「藝術到家」活動豐富且多元化。例如手工藝方面，治療師會與長者製作相框、柚皮燈籠、紙扇、萬花筒、賀咭、風箏等等。通過運用不同的物料例如紙筒、報紙、飲管等的簡單物料，讓長者可以活動手部肌肉和發揮創意，製作藝術品。另外，治療師也會跟長者走出屋外，例如到附近公園寫生、攝影、園藝種植等等，鼓勵長者接觸更多新事物之餘，也能夠出外走走。這也有助增加長者的認知能力和培養正面情緒。
